This Thursday, the 27th February, as partners in the APPG for Rowing Annual Dinner, we are launching our charity, The RowUK Foundation on the Lords Terrace in the Palace of Westminster.

What is the purpose of the evening?

To celebrate rowing in the Palace of Westminster and raise money for charity.

 

What is the format of the evening?

Drinks in the Cholmondeley Room on arrival followed by three-course meal with wine on the House of Lords Terrace; coffee and petit-fours.

There will be a guest speaker, and throughout the evening, the Group will be raising money for charity with table raffles, and a silent auction.

What is the dress code?

Lounge suit or equivalent. Club blazers are encouraged.

 

Will invitations be posted?

Yes.  Invitations will be sent to the purchase address approximately one week before the dinner.

Is there step free access?

Yes.

 

Can I add dietary requirements?

Yes, please inform us as soon as possible if you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements and no later than one week before the dinner.  We cannot be responsible if not informed.

 

Are there any ID requirements to enter?

Yes. Photo identification (passport or driving licence) are required, as is the invitation with matching name.  Both must be brought with you to gain access.

 

Is parking available?

No.  There is an NCP car park located opposite the House of Lords beneath College Green and on-street parking is available nearby.

 

Is my ticket transferable?

No.  All Honorary or Associate Members bringing guests must attend.  If you or your guest cannot attend, please inform us immediately.

 

What is the refund policy?

As set by the APPG, after one week before the event, no refunds are possible.
